Lionz Roofing is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our residential and commercial pipeline across South Florida.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Set qualified appointments for our sales team
Keep notes clean in our CRM
Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline moving

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an outbound caller or appointment setter
Clear, confident English on the phone
Comfortable with high call volume and hearing "no"
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
