We're a fast-growing South Florida roofing company looking for a sharp, organized Estimator to keep our materials, pricing, and orders moving without a hitch.
You'll handle estimates, order roofing materials, track deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and make sure our crews always have what they need, when they need it. Things move fast here — we need someone who thrives on the details and keeps pace.

What You'll Do

Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for jobs
Order roofing materials and manage purchase orders end to end
Track deliveries and follow up to keep everything on schedule
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and timelines
Keep crews stocked and ahead of the next job
Communicate clearly with suppliers and the internal team
Stay organized across estimates, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups

What You'll Need

1+ year experience in construction— required
Strong English, written and verbal — required
Solid, reliable internet connection — required
Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Roofing experience and knowledge of materials — a major plus
